On occasion, I seemed to sit on my own for some time while waiting on the next step in the sales handover process. Also - the background music in the showroom was TERRIBLE and louder than comfortable (almost like being in a night club!!)

Car was received with a faulty battery which had to be immediately changed. Not a major issue but not ideal and shouldn't happen with a brand new car.

We arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before the prearranged time. The salesman was heading out of the door as we were walking in. This man ignored us not as much as a nod of his head in acknowledgment. He went on a test drive with another customer.

Very satisfied, Ross was very professional and friendly throughout the process. Communication was great via telephone and email. When I was allocated a registration I wasn't keen on having he quickly sorted it with no fuss.

It would be 5 stars, but I bought a new X3 just over 3months ago. When the weather warmed up I discovered that the air-conditioning wasn't working. The car was not supplied with coolant fron the factory and was not checked by the Parks.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Great coffee! Informed and understanding staff who respond to customer needs. Ross (sales) was excellent for both myself and BMW. Upsold me from initially looking at a used car to a new model. Who knew that's what I wanted!
