Very relaxed atmosphere. Great coffee! Informed and understanding staff who respond to customer needs. Ross (sales) was excellent for both myself and BMW. Upsold me from initially looking at a used car to a new model. Who knew that's what I wanted!

Car was received with a faulty battery which had to be immediately changed. Not a major issue but not ideal and shouldn't happen with a brand new car.

Very happy with service personnel and follow us / communication / video - first class. Very disappointed in a quote for circa 350 GBP to repair a rear right indicator that mostly works but sometimes registers an onboard fault.
