Friendly reception, very organised dealership and very well informed by staff. Car returned very clean and driving well.

Service department staff were very welcoming and took great care and pride in their job. Courtesy car (X1) was really good but white leather seats get grubby very quickly.

Good prompt service
The front offside tyre had a slow puncture on the day of the service due to screw in the tyre. They e-mailed a short video of the tyre inspection and confirmed that the tyre had been penetrated but was reparable but told me later it was not

The service given to me was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They were very helpful and professional throughout.
I would have said 'completely satisfied' however the time given to complete the work overran by 3-4 hours. The work was completed satisfactorily but the delay meant I had to change business schedules to wait on the work being completed.

Some delay collecting my car which I had to chase for information. I was told between 9 and 11am but it wasn't picked up until 1pm. Minor but docks 1 star.
The only issue I had was when initially placing the order, I was not aware that my £500 deposit was non refundable until I had paid!

It took over an hour to fit a set of wiper blades to my X1. The car was returned washed, however it looked worse that when I brought it in. Hadn't noticed how bad it was until I got home.

Service provided upon arrival was excellent, upon pickup, presented with a quote for work that didn't need doing, car wasn't ready for an around an hour after paying for work, told it would be 10-15 minutes. Luckily I was only minutes late to work!
Happy with garage overall, when I receive the car back after it was valeted, all black trims in and around each door was white and the colour had been removed. This is not fault of the garage, but the company valeting.
