From the time I walked into Douglas Park Stirling until the time I left I was treated with courtesy and was very happy with the service and the condition of the car on return

as above, the only recommendation I would have would be for the garage to call me when a service is due. also the time from when I called for a service to when they could fit me in was longer than expected.

good, reliable service from polite, well-informed staff. Last visit was an oil-change, end of warranty check and MOT but waited over 2 hours which seemed a long time.

From the initial booking to getting the car back the customer service was outstanding, car was booked in on a day and time that suited me and was ready for collection at a time previously agreed, the car was was like new when I got it back
Car was uplifted and returned to my home following a small service and MOT. This is of great benefit to me living some 10 miles from Stirling.

They are a shambles. I got a call to come in from sales team as i had a lot of equity in my X5, we then got berated by your business manager for purchasing car as you dont have equity and need to go PCP to make money. WRONG and why call me in then!!!

As above, the service manger should have had the authority to make the sensible choice and not waste his time, my time and his staffs time in duplicating effort.

Would have been 5 stars but believe the dealer/BMW could be a little more upfront with its customers about add blue. It was added at the service. But 1) not incl in my service plan and 2) 21.00 lab and product charge seemed excessive
It was easy to make the appointment, the service took the amount of time I was told it would take and it was a pleasant place to wait until my car was ready.
Service on time, car clean, workmanship good
I was met in the carpark by a member of staff who was quite probably finished for the day. He took the time to show me where to park and then escorted me to the service reception where all advisors were busy, he stayed with me and booked the car in.
3 Alloys required replacement. Unfortunately had to pay towards one as it had been kerbed. This seems grossly unfair as the wheel was defective. Fault of BMW supplier but the unfortunate customer had to pay a contribution. Bad customer relations .
I used a courtesy car (22 miles home and back) and was told I had to pay £120 on returning the car as there was the tiniest of mark on a wheel. I was made to wait ages for a manager while I had 3 of my childminder children in the car.
The work required was quickly identified and full details explained.
We were on holiday and needed urgent assistance on the brakes. Not only did you carry out the work, without an appointment, you provided a courtesy service to and from Sterling so we could get food. coffee etc - a fantastic customer experience

No one seemed to listen. A certain member of staff was quite abrupt and patronising. However the general manager seemed understanding and approachable. Unfortunately questions werent fully answered.

The cost was nearly £600 for a routine service. There was no breakdown on th win voice between parts and labour which would have been reasonable to expect. Rather expensive in my view.

The service department have been excellent on the three occasions I have dealt with them. I have not dealt with other departments, except brief conversations with sales which I was not happy with.
I was able to book the car in at a suitable date.I was kept informed of progress and the car was returned washed and cleaned at the agreed time.
A little unhappy about new policy of charging customers for use of courtesy cars.

The health checked video clearly noted key points of wear and tear. The verbal report clarified any issues i had and the work was carried out as requested.
The Staff were very helpful & booked my car in convenient to me. I was offered coffee on arrival & also when collecting my car. I was called with a few hours to say my car was ready & I could collect when I was ready.
My car went in for front brake pads but after observing my online vehicle check it was recommended that it was pads and discs all round. This was despite my on board info stating that I still had approx 11,000 miles left in the rear pads ??????
Just a great experience, from start to finish I was made to feel like my business was important.
Sales process was straight forward and was happy with deal. Had to go in before collection to sign papers. Was told collection could not take place at weekends. Road tax cost was not explained during sale. Scratch on brand new car on collection.
A cancelled appointment without apology. Winter wheels/tyres should have been fitted ,prior to my taking delivery of my new 630GT xSport - but were not. Tyre pressures on the new winter tyres were wronglyinflated .
I looked at buying a used BMW M2 from a non franchise dealer but when I contacted Douglas Park I could see they did there very best to enable me to get the deal that I needed In fact cheaper than a used vehicle.

All in all a good experience. A small delay in delivery due to a finance issue with BMW, but the dealership worked hard to make sure the purchase could be completed, albeit with a higher than expected initial payment. Car collection was great fun!

Gemma was 1st Class from start to finish, great communication, responsive to emails, great knowledge and loved the car delivery section within dealership. Only thing missing was a bunch of flowers.
Overall good but I could have done without the finance guy who I did not take to and the floor manager chap who was very pleasant but not really necessary. I would have prefer to deal start to finish with the original salesman.
Repeat of 1 above. Malcolm Lowe and the other staff extremely helpful and patient. Hassle free and therefore a pleasure to purchase. Car came on expected date - made it all the more special. The promise was delivered!

Overall an excellent experience. I would say that some of the computerised admin processes seemed to take longer than necessary and my visits could have been shorter. This was through no fault of the staff at Douglas Park, Stirling who were excellent
