Car came in for 1st annual service whereby I reported the lighting faults to be checked/addressed. Upon collection of vehicle I was told that parts were needed to be ordered to address one of the lighting faults. A rebook date was required.
The service was ok but prior to this I had an Audi and feel that their service has the edge. Car was always cleaned and you were always walked back to your car to ensure all was ok. This did not happen at BMW.
Still Shows On Instrument Screen That Service Was Doe As From 01/2018 - Has Not Been Reset After The Service Was Completed ,
Kept me informed of progress and supplied a video which was helpful.
Well trained staff. Good communication. Well presented showroom. Greeted upon arrival. Looked after eg offered tea etc. Time was taken to explain the car to me.

When I booked in the car i asked for a manual courtesy car, arrived at the garage and they had an automatic for me. Sheet on courtesy car had the wrong level of diesel on it so had to pay a £5 for diesel, my car had dropped diesel on its return
Would have been higher if the garage had allowed me to get the car serviced at the same time as the MOT within the period of my service agreement.
Very easy to deal with, quick and efficient, kept me up to date and were professional but friendly. I really appreciate the fact that my car gets cleaned when I visit. It make me feel valued and that staff doing something extra for me

Everything is rushed. The service indicator on my car hasn't even been reset.The courtesy car is never ready and seems to take for ever, surely these should be prepared and ready the following evening

As above, no issues with the arrangement around the servicing or the organisation etc more around the extortionate quote you provided to replace a tyre, something I suggest you look at
Low coolant level warning alarm activated within a few days after service. I had to top up with 0.5L of coolant and alarm cleared! Very disappointed that after a very expensive major service this was missed!
Technicians video a nice touch and inspires trust and confidence that the car is actually being checked
It all went perfectly to plan and when I got the car back it was nicely washed and hoovered. They even cleaned the inside of my windscreen as requested.

Service was a bit longer than estimated but I asked for something extra which involved waiting for the use of a ramp. Coffee and cake was quite welcome.

Girls at the desks were vert tentative, always smiling and listened to what I had to say. Car was returned fully cleaned and repairs were swift.Nice coffee served also.
The reason for not giving "Completely Satisfied" was 'vehicle check' light on the car was not re-set and this was subsequently questioned by the sales team in the Glasgow showroom when I recently took the car to them when considering a part-exchange

Normally car gets washed and although it was recently cleaned it had attracted some road dirt driving over which highlighted it hadn't been washed.
Had ongoing issues with electrical fault with car. Stirling branch worked tirelessly to rectify under the guidance from BMW... took a few months to rectify problem.They did supply me with an alternative vehicle which i was grateful for
I would have preferred to have had advanced notice of how long the car was to be in the garage.
1. From my initial call there didnt seem to be an urgency to have me stop driving my car. I was asked if I wanted to wait 2 weeks for a courtesy car to be made available.
This is the first time Ive taken my car into this service centre.The temporary hire car provided was excellent . Although I had returned early it was still quite annoying to learn that the service was complete but I was still kept waiting.
My car was booked in at short notice as in the next day, repaired an returned to me the same day. Excellent service from the Service team, thanks.
