It took over an hour to fit a set of wiper blades to my X1. The car was returned washed, however it looked worse that when I brought it in. Hadn't noticed how bad it was until I got home.

Service provided upon arrival was excellent, upon pickup, presented with a quote for work that didn't need doing, car wasn't ready for an around an hour after paying for work, told it would be 10-15 minutes. Luckily I was only minutes late to work!

Happy with garage overall, when I receive the car back after it was valeted, all black trims in and around each door was white and the colour had been removed. This is not fault of the garage, but the company valeting.

I was told battery could be fitted while I waited. I arrived on time. It took over 2 hours and in the meantime I received video "Health check" which was of no interest to me.

Car was delivered to BMW for 1,200 mile run-in service. During the road test the vehicle was recorded, via the fitted Trackstar Tracker, at a plotted top speed of 96mph via the downloadable trace details. However the top speed was 121mph.

The service was completed in a timely manner and I was kept up to date with progress. The only negative was that I was left with an interior rattle following the work carried out. This has now been resolved.

hey were meant to MOT the car, carry out a service, and an end of warranty check and AC upgrade. I handed te car in at 8.30am. I called at 4.00pm and eventually received a call back at 5.00pm to say the car had failed the MOT.
