It was easy to make the appointment, the service took the amount of time I was told it would take and it was a pleasant place to wait until my car was ready.
On this occasion I was satisfied with the service that I got. An unexpected mini valet was a nice touch.
Service on time, car clean, workmanship good
I was met in the carpark by a member of staff who was quite probably finished for the day. He took the time to show me where to park and then escorted me to the service reception where all advisors were busy, he stayed with me and booked the car in.
3 Alloys required replacement. Unfortunately had to pay towards one as it had been kerbed. This seems grossly unfair as the wheel was defective. Fault of BMW supplier but the unfortunate customer had to pay a contribution. Bad customer relations .
I used a courtesy car (22 miles home and back) and was told I had to pay £120 on returning the car as there was the tiniest of mark on a wheel. I was made to wait ages for a manager while I had 3 of my childminder children in the car.
Courteous and efficient service
We were on holiday and needed urgent assistance on the brakes. Not only did you carry out the work, without an appointment, you provided a courtesy service to and from Sterling so we could get food. coffee etc - a fantastic customer experience
The work required was quickly identified and full details explained.
No one seemed to listen. A certain member of staff was quite abrupt and patronising. However the general manager seemed understanding and approachable. Unfortunately questions werent fully answered.

The cost was nearly £600 for a routine service. There was no breakdown on th win voice between parts and labour which would have been reasonable to expect. Rather expensive in my view.

The service department have been excellent on the three occasions I have dealt with them. I have not dealt with other departments, except brief conversations with sales which I was not happy with.
I was able to book the car in at a suitable date.I was kept informed of progress and the car was returned washed and cleaned at the agreed time.

The health checked video clearly noted key points of wear and tear. The verbal report clarified any issues i had and the work was carried out as requested.
The Staff were very helpful & booked my car in convenient to me. I was offered coffee on arrival & also when collecting my car. I was called with a few hours to say my car was ready & I could collect when I was ready.
Just a great experience, from start to finish I was made to feel like my business was important.
My car went in for front brake pads but after observing my online vehicle check it was recommended that it was pads and discs all round. This was despite my on board info stating that I still had approx 11,000 miles left in the rear pads ??????

The service department were very plesent l, I was offered coffee while completing paperwork. Later I was emailed a video to resasure me that all was going well. My car was ready, hoovered etc and paper work ready when I arrived to collect.

Would have been 5 stars, but the only issue was they did not accept Amex as a payment method. They is my preferred method of payment, and has been accepted at all other BMW, Mercedes and Audi dealers I have dealt with.

The service was carried out perfectly and my car was inspected for any faults tht might be rectified under the guarantee. In terms of servie costs, I am completely satisfied.

Everything was explained to me about why the car had been called in and when completed I was also sent an email video of the car being worked on with a update on its condition then shown out to the car where it was parked by a member of staff

Would have been good to get told in advance what the service was and what the likely cost would be. All I knew was the car service indicator said "get a service"!
As above plus the service video I received would have been better if they just called me.
Price of work was ridiculously expensive ! And it's still not complete will have to go back to get brake fluid done, more time and money.
Professional fuss-free service
The service I received was great.
I especially liked being sent the video of my cars health check. Also the added bonus of having my car cleaned & valeted on collection!

They do what I want
The front offside tyre had a slow puncture on the day of the service due to screw in the tyre. They e-mailed a short video of the tyre inspection and confirmed that the tyre had been penetrated but was reparable but told me later it was not

We were made to feel very special and kept informed all the way through the buying process. All the staff we dealt with in Stirling were amazing. My wife was particularly happy with the "film star" treatment when we picked the car up!
Overall an excellent experience. I would say that some of the computerised admin processes seemed to take longer than necessary and my visits could have been shorter. This was through no fault of the staff at Douglas Park, Stirling who were excellent
