Product Genius arrives at Douglas Park BMW.11/02/2015
Douglas Park BMW now have available to customers a Product Genius who is available to welcome customers to the Retailer and provide them with all the information required on the different options now available in each vehicle. Their aim is to findout the needs of the customer and then match the various options to thecustomer needs.
The Product Genius will answer the customer’s questions ondifferent options and explain the benefits to having these fitted to thecar. Douglas Park BMW Product Geniuses will alsotake the lead in handing over the customer’s new car to them includingexplaining how to pair phones to the vehicle and use sat nav. The Product Geniuses will be available duringretail hours for customers who have questions about any of the technology intheir car to call in and ask questions or arrange an appointment to have anin-depth session.
Richard Hurran, age 31 from Larbert joined as the BMW Product Genius. This is his first rolewithin the motor industry having previously worked within retail. Richard recently returned to the area fromLoughbourgh where he had been training as an athlete in pole vaulting andrepresented Scotland at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
Richard said ‘I am excited about sharing my productknowledge of the BMW range with the Douglas Park BMW customers. 2015 is an exciting year ahead for BMW withthe launch of the new 1 series and new 7 series.’
